General Information
Upon registering for this tournament, all the participants accept that they have read and accepted the Terms of Service (ToS) and the Privacy Policy.
Prizes
The max roster size for this tournament is 7. The winning team can only receive prizes for (5) players.
Players not listed on the Matches page will not receive prizing in any circumstance.
Rosters
Minimum and Maximum Players
Upon registering in the tournament, the team captain(s) can choose the minimum number of players required to compete in this tournament. They cannot select more than the maximum.
Player IDs
For this tournament, players should register with their Riot ID in the Games and Social Networks section in their EGL profile. All the Player IDs of a team must be 100% valid and precise. Everything must be exact, although the IDs do not have to be case sensitive.
If your username is determined to be incorrect or you have input an email instead of your Riot ID, your team will be disqualified as this is NOT allowed.
Substitutes
Teams are permitted to substitute in between matches or mid-game during a pause as long as the player being substituted in is registered and on the team's tournament roster.
Player Requirements
Only the players on the Match Fixture are eligibile to play matches in this tournament. It is the responsibility of both teams to verify the eligibility of all the players that play in the match. If a team uses an ineligible player in a match, they will forfeit the match. Support must be contacted when this is suspected.
If the other team has an unregistered player preseent, you must tell the other team to replace their player with an eligible player. You must give the other team (15) minutes from the start of the game in order to replace the player with an eligible one. If the other team does not substitute their unregistered player, report the scores in favor of your team and provide proof of the ineligible player's presence.

Teams will compete in a Best of Three series.

Veto Process
Both teams should communicate their selections / map vetos inside the comments on the Matches page. (Click on "See details" for your current match). We will not accept map picks and bans outside of our website.
The higher seed team will pick whether to act as Team A or B.
The creation of the match will be the responsiblity of the captain of team A, the same one in charge of inviting the opposing captain.

Required Evidence
How to Show Proof
Players must give evidence of the score / result of every match taking a screenshot of the final screen.
Once this has been done, upload the image on Imgur, Prnt.sc, Photobucket, Imageshack or another similar service.
Evidence provided must be of the post match screen, as depicted below:
We will also accept images from live streams such as Twitch, Youtube, etc, but only clips of the scoring.
Matches
Server Problems
In the case of server issues, the tournament can postpone or cancel depending on the severity of the situation.
If the tournament gets cancelled, it will be announced on our EGL_NA Twitter and EGL - NA Discord. The title of the tournament will adjust to reflect this.
Incorrect Match Settings
It is the responsibility of the lobby host to ensure that the match settings are as previously described in Matches. If the host has incorrect settings, please record a video of what is wrong, ensuring that the points, time, players, and the incorrect rule are visible(depending on the accusation) and after immediately inform an admin.
In the case that the host has the correct configuration and the opponent leaves the match before it is completed, the team thata remains in the lobby will receive the victory.
Forfeits
In order to receive a forfeit, evidence must be given as to their rule infringements.
Teams will forfeit a round for one of the following reasons:
- Abandon a match before it is complete and afterwards fail to provide valid proof of the accusation against the other player.
- Host a lobby without the correct Match Settings.
- Fail to start a match within 15 minutes of receiving the matchup.
Player Disconnections
If a player disconnects during initial launch, the map will restart from the beginning.
If a player disconnects after rounds have been won, the match must play on.
If the teams do not agree regarding the time of disconnection, proof must be provided in the form of a video that shows the score and the time in which the disconnect took place.
Match Delay
All matches should be played to completion unless both teams agree to delay the match. The maximum time allowed to delay a match is 15 minutes.
If a match is not completed or not reported within an hour of receiving the match schedule, both teams will be disqualified due to inactivity.
Teams may not delay matches for longer than 15 minutes between every round. If a team delays for longer, a forfeit may be received if the other team provides proof regarding the delay.
The team that does not delay should provide proof in video that prove the delay of longer than 15 minutes.
Reports
Match Results
Both teams are responsible to report the results of the match. This can be done by clicking the match link found in the Matches Dashboard.
The tournament bracket will update automatically as soon as both teams have reported the score.
If only one team reports the score, the score will confirm automatically after 10 minutes.
Disputed Result
In the case of teams reporting contradicting results, the match will be disputed and handled by a Staff member.
Evidence
In the case of a dispute, the team that submitted the problem will be asked for proof. Consult the section Privacy Policy section to understand the required evidence.
If proper evidence is not given, the team that submitted the dispute will lose and will be removed from the tournament while also receiving a ban due to invalid dispute.
No Shows
No Shows
If you have reported that the other team is not present and it is disputed, you must provide video evidence that you have invited your opponent before the 15 minute time limit. Otherwise, the dispute will be nulled and the teams will be forced to play.
In order to report a no show, click on the 'Opponent No Show' button in the Matches page.
Cheating
We have a zero tolerance policy towards cheating. Players caught cheating, or exploiting will be banned permanently from the EGL website and from all future competitions.
Evidence Policy
We strongly recommend that teams save results of all their matches.

Evidence Requirements
All video evidence must be uploaded onto an external website like YouTube. Photographic evidence must be uploaded in an external website like Imgur, Prnt.sc, Photobucket o Imageshack. Evidence links should be sent to an administrador, with a brief description of what the evidence shows.
Falsified or manipulated evidence will not be accepted as valid. Any person that is submitting false evidence will be banned permanenetly from the EGL website.
Abusive Behavior
Abusive bevhaior towards admins will not be tolerated. The individual user or their team will receive a ban from the entire EGL website.
