For this tournament, players must register their PlayStation Network ID to their EGL Game & Social Accounts section on their EGL profile. All Player IDs on a team’s roster must be 100% valid and accurate. Spelling, spaces and characters must be exact, but do not need to be case sensitive.
If your username is found to be incorrect or you have input an email address instead of your PlayStation Network ID then your team will be disqualified as this is strictly NOT allowed.
How To Compete
Game Session Setup and Share Play
The hosting player must first add the opposing player to their PSN friends list using their PlayStation Network ID shown on the Match Fixture page. Once the opposing player has accepted the friend request, you should go to Online > Online Friendlies > New Friendly Season > Select Opponent from List of Friends > Game Settings are to remain as Default > Invite Player. Both teams should then select the team they wish to play as and ready up to begin the match.
Before you proceed to start the match the host should Share their gameplay with EGL_Broadcast by selecting the Share Button on the Controller > Start Share Play > Invite EGL_Broadcast to Share Play Party, once the Share Play host and EGL_Broadcast account has joined the party, the EGL_Broadcast account will select the Share Play host and then select "View Share Play" to start viewing their gameplay. Once both players are ready to play they should then select the team they wish to play as and ready up to begin the match.
How To Win
The player with the most goals at the end of the game session will be awarded the win.
Draw
If the game ends in a draw, the match is to continue into extra time and penalty shootout (if needed) until a winner is declared.
