AVFC Gaming FIFA 19 Grand Finals Overview

European Gaming League (EGL) has teamed up with Aston Villa FC Gaming to bring FIFA 19 fans a series of gaming tournaments available to both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One users. Full details on the tournament series can be found here.

  Winner

This tournament is comprised of our Week One and Week Two Qualifier Winners (Now Finished) who will compete against each other for the 1st place prize.

  Player IDs

For this tournament, players must register their unique game account (found in the game & social accounts section) on their EGL profile. All Player IDs on a team’s roster must be 100% valid and accurate. Spelling, spaces and characters must be exact, but do not need to be case sensitive.

If your username is found to be incorrect this is strictly not allowed and will result in team disqualification. Inputting your email address instead of your unique username is strictly not allowed and will result in team disqualification.

  Player Eligibility

This tournament is open to European players only.

This tournament is for non-professional players only.

Entrants must be 16 years or older and all entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

By signing up to this tournament players agree to adhere to the competition rules. EGL and Aston Villa FC reserve the right to remove players from the tournament if it is discovered that a player is below the age of 16 or has played FIFA 19 in any professional capacity.

  How To Compete

Game Session Setup

You must first add the opposing player to your Xbox Live/ PSN friends list using their player ID shown on the match fixture page. Once the opposing player has accepted the friend request, you should go to Online > Online Friendlies > New Friendly Season > Invite your opponent.

How To Win

The finals will be a Best of 3 format. The player with the most goals at the end of the game session will be awarded the win for that match. The first player to win 2 matches wins the Grand Finals.

Draw

If the game ends in a draw, you have to continue playing into extra time and penalty shootout until a winner is decided.
