XSeries LTD and Esports Gaming League will herein be referred to as “EGL”.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This permission will be requested either verbally or in the form of an email. If no such permission is granted by the customer by way of non contactability, said information will not be disclosed.

Consent forms collected during the operation of EGL events will be destroyed by EGL after the useful life of such documents has expired. No data from the consent forms will be made available to third parties without express consent from the customer in either written or verbal form.

EGL does not retain any financial data relating to the purchasing of products or services. EGL reserves the right to change this policy in the future on the understanding that all customers will be advised of this policy change by way of website announcement and email communication. In the event that customers are unhappy for their details to be stored on the website, they should use the relevant contact procedure to inform EGL of this stance.

In the event that an individual requires their personal data removing from the EGL website, e-mail support@egl.tv giving indication of this stance. EGL will contact the customer to confirm their stance and endeavour to accommodate the request.

As part of EGL's commitment to compliancy and data privacy requirements and to reflect changes in EGL operating procedures, EGL may update the Data Protection and Privacy policy from time to time and will advise customers via a prominent website announcement that we have done so.
